I am sorry to announce that after 18 months as Creative Director/ Fashion Director of Harpers Bazaar UK - I, Sophia Neophitou Apostolou, have decided to step down to focus and devote more time and energy to 10 magazine, 10 men and 10 digital - as well as all my other projects. It has been a wonderful adventure and just wanted this opportunity to really thank all of the fantastic and talented people that had faith, belief and conviction in the new direction and allowed me the tools to make the changes necessary to Bazaar in my 18 months there. It has been a privilege to be involved with this great magazine and many thanks to all of you for the help and support that I have been given in my role. It is with the faith of all these wonderful people that we have been able to produce this magazine. I really feel so incredibly proud of the all the things we have achieved and want to personally thank the people who believed all the changes would be possible and gave me access to working with the wonderful creative’s in their care- Giovanni Testino and Brigitte Sondag at Art Partner, Mao and Anne de Boucheron at Mao, Laurence at D+V, Camilla Lowther and Thu at CLM, Anya at Intrepid, Sophie at Commune, Paula at Streeters and Julie at MAP and all the model agents and hair and make-up people who embraced all the changes. Many thanks to you for having the consistent belief in what we were doing with the magazine. Finally the biggest thank you to Lucy Yeomans - Editor -in -chief - for giving me the opportunity and freedom to explore, expand and create 2 years worth of magazines of which I am incredibly proud of - thank-you for believing and allowing us to explore one of the most wonderful creative journey’s together. I wish everyone and the magazine continued success in the future. Many thanks Sophia Neophitou-Apostolou
